Learning - Discovering - Growing

...dump writing no longer does that for me. Instead it becomes a way to tell someone about my day – things I’m learning and discovering about myself & my new adventure. Congratulations! You are that someone!

I always wanted a place where I could share my heart concerning my Abba Father God and hopefully encourage others. THAT has happened finally being ‘live’ now on my website! And now there’s a true need to ‘dump’ unnecessary thoughts and get to the ‘heart’ of the matter with only positive and good things.

To walk with you in the process – stretching my aging brain to learn new things and take risks and being willing to try new things – has been an affirming episode in my life. There were actual times I cried out in confusion and frustration and after a quiet moment or two, the answer surfaced and I was able to proceed. Some roadblocks took longer to go around but they all gave way eventually. It may be simple to younger minds but having conquered what I have so far is really empowering.

And yet, even in that new-found power, there is still the very human hesitation to speak boldly and share. The noise of the world is too loud, the complaints, the accusations and criticisms, the rejections and personal opinions of the world imposed as truth even in their ignorance – it’s enough to make me shut down! But my love for God is like a fire shut up in my bones, as the prophet Jeremiah wrote. I don’t want to be quiet! I don’t want to keep secrets. He has been wonderful to me and he is to you as well whether you can see it or not!

I want to help you see Him! The Bible says we will be judged by our words. Our words have impact and consequences. I want my words to be kind and uplifting, strong and brave, pointing you to an open door into the most beautiful relationship you will ever have. Stick with me!?
